Develop practice and skill in the fundamental arm balance postures of the yoga system. In this 90 Minute Extended Practice Brian will guide students through a proper warm up to ensure safe and effective practice, followed by a sequence developed to help build progressions of Crow/Crane Pose, Koundinyasana (Side Crow), and Firefly. The arm balances become a stepping stone towards the next level of posture: Headstand and Handstand. The workshop will also help students develop tools in transitioning into these more advanced inversions with more confidence and ease!
