Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga

This practice is based around postural alignment, awareness and breath. Each moment of the practice is a meditation to balance the elements of body, mind and our inner and outer nature.

Hatha Level 2 Focuses on Arm Balance, Backbend and Inversion Postures. Previous practice in yoga recommended


Vinyasa Yoga

In this practice, students focus on breath and movement, creating rhythm and flow through each sequence. This more dynamic style brings students into the present moment and helps us manifest our intention through conscious action.

Vinyasa Level 2 Focuses on dynamic transitions and progressing postures to advanced variations. Regular practice in yoga recommended


Restorative Yoga

With connection to breath and conscious movement, students will move gently through various sequences of postures that lead to more ease, flexibility and balance. Intending to create a healing and restorative practice, all students can find peace in body and mind with this practice!


Sunset Flow

Blending Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, this practice connects students deeply to themselves and nature. Using breath, postures, movement and guided meditations each class provides a space to experience the beauty of life inside and out!


Yin Yoga

In this restorative practice, students will explore supported poses with deepening expression through longer holds and slow dynamic adjustments. With breathwork and meditation, this practice is deeply relaxing for body and mind.


Sunday Healing Session

In this special weekly extended practice, students will move through gentle yoga poses, practice relaxing breathing techniques and guided meditation. We conclude with a Reiki healing from Angelic Reiki Master Matt, supported by a Sound Bath by Brian. Receive support in healing yourself in body and mind through exploring and shifting the various layers of your being back to wholeness.


Aerial Yoga and Aerial Conditioning

Aerial Yoga utilizes the hammock as a prop to deepen the expressions of posture and support deeper transitions and movements. Open yourself through this dynamic practice that will sweep you off your feet and into bliss.

Aerial Conditioning is a fitness-based class utilizing the aerial conditioning tools to develop strength and flexibility using the aerial hammock. Take your fitness to new heights with this invigorating practice.

SUP Yoga & Meditation

Connect with nature and the beautiful Caribbean Sea on a Stand-Up Paddleboard adventure. We begin with a SUP Yoga flow and end finding peace on the water with meditation.

Sound Bath

Take a deep dive into the world of sound healing and vibration! Through intention setting, guided meditation and breathwork, and the support of singing bowls and a gong bath, students can release tension, blocked emotions and energy, and old patterns of belief based on traumas of the past. Let go and let peace in!
